What does the contract include?

  • 4 visits a year, one every 3 months
  • Cleaning the cameras and checking recording and cabling
  • Checking the phone system, intercom and network
  • Updates and configuration when needed
  • A detailed report on WhatsApp after every visit

Terms and conditions
  • An initial inspection of the devices for 20 KD before the contract starts, deducted from the contract value once agreed.
  • Maintenance covers network (IP) systems only, not analogue systems.
  • Each extra visit beyond the4: 10 KD.
  • The base price covers up to 4 devices, and each extra device is 6 KD a year.
  • Maintenance work does not extend or renew the warranty.
